Your furniture is delivered in France within 4 to 15 business days depending on the product and your location. Certain custom-made pieces (like the Romano table) have a specific lead time, which is stated directly on their product page. Find all the details in our shipping policy.

Yes, delivery is free throughout France.
Do you deliver to Switzerland and Belgium?
Yes, we also deliver to Switzerland and Belgium. Shipping costs apply and vary depending on the items ordered.
Assembly
Do the furniture pieces require assembly?
It depends on the product. Our Veloura range sofas are delivered ready to use: simply unbox the modules and gently tap them to allow the foam to regain its volume, no tools required. Some other furniture (tables, lighting) may require simple assembly; details are specified on each product page.
Returns
Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an item for a full refund, in addition to your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details are available in our refund policy.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days from the validation of your return.
Materials and Maintenance
How do I maintain my BALMHA furniture?
Each material has its specificities: for corduroy, a weekly vacuum with a soft brush is sufficient (see our corduroy care guide). For solid wood or wood finish, regular dusting and the use of placemats prevent marks (see our solid wood guide).
